Through collaborative journey mapping exercises with 14 traffic engineers around the US, we discovered that strained collaboration, tedious processes, and disconnected data plague engineers' day-to-day workflows. With clear pain points in hand, our client joined us in our Brooklyn studio to re-imagine the foundational structure of their product. We aligned on four strategic imperatives to guide their 5-year product roadmap that would transform their role from a supplementary tool to a core value-enabler.
